What matches a PS5?
We don't test hardware. These are other people's measurements, with links.
PS5 Pro class
Digital Foundry (June 2025) puts the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB and the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB in roughly the same performance class as the PS5 Pro — the desktop cards slightly ahead in rasterization, the console more consistent in ray-traced 30fps modes.

Digital Foundry's RTX 5060 review found the card ahead of the base PS5's GPU, with one caveat they stress: 8GB of VRAM is not enough for modern games. For console-class longevity, look for 16GB.
Digital Foundry testA PC costs more than a console right now. Memory prices rose through 2026 and took graphics cards with them: the Tom's Hardware GPU price tracker had the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB at $779 on September 28, 2026, against a $429 launch price. Sony also raised console prices in April 2026. A PS5 Pro-class build lands above the console once you add the CPU, 32GB of RAM, storage and power supply — and a PC still needs Windows, a monitor and peripherals.
The difference is in the games, and that is what we measure every hour: Assassin's Creed Origins is $51.00 cheaper on Steam today.
These comparisons are approximate. Consoles run fixed settings with a unified memory pool and game-specific optimization; frame-rate caps can hide real differences; and upscaling (PSSR on console, FSR or DLSS on PC) is not measured the same way.
